In reviewing the current COVID-19 guidelines from the CDC, and the specific requirements in place in San Diego, CA, we will not be requiring proof of vaccination or negative testing in order to attend June 2023's DGIQ. DATAVERSITY still recommends that all attendees take measures to manage their own health risks and protect themselves by wearing face coverings (masks) indoors, and being vaccinated with the latest available boosters at least two weeks prior to attending the conference. If conditions around COVID-19 change such that stricter protocols are required by any health authority with jurisdiction in San Diego, CA, then we will notify attendees immediately.

DATAVERSITY cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19 or any other communicable disease, and will not be held liable for any instances of infection or illness for any participants who attend the events. Exhibitor shall indemnify the Indemnified Parties against all Claims by Exhibitor’s employees and guests arising out of or related to infection with COVID-19, whether before, during, or after attendance at the Event.

Discounts and Fees

Group Discounts: Register four or more team members, and everyone gets 25% off (now through the event)! It's like getting every 4th registration FREE. To register your group online, select at least four registration options from the menu above, and the discount will automatically be applied. No coupon is necessary.

If you wish to register a group of more than 10 for a single registration type, please contact the Registration Team at registration@dataversity.net for assistance.

Please note: This does not apply to Non-Attendee registration options but in-person options only. Group members must be with the same organization and register at the same time. There is no limit to your group size.

Professional Membership Discounts: Members of the Data Governance Professionals Organization (DGPO) and/or DAMA are entitled to a discount on their registration fees. Please contact registration@dataversity.net for details.

Speaker Replacement or Cancellation

Please understand that agenda adjustments may occur due to changes in the availability of speakers, especially with evolving COVID-19 conditions and travel limitations. If a speaker must cancel their participation, DATAVERSITY will make every possible attempt to find a replacement on the same or similar topic. Alternatively, if the speaker is scheduled to make a conference presentation but is unable to travel due to prevailing COVID-19 conditions, we may attempt to conduct that presentation remotely. All agenda adjustments will be published at the earliest possible opportunity.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by May 12, 2023, will be fully refunded. Cancellations on or after May 13, 2023, will not be entitled to a refund but can receive a credit to a future event. To cancel your registration, please email registration@dataversity.net. Confirmed registrants who do not attend and do not cancel in writing are liable for the entire registration fee. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

If DATAVERSITY is forced to cancel or postpone the event for any reason on or after May 13, 2023, no refunds will be made. Instead, a registration credit will be offered for future events.
