Many companies repeatedly try to develop a data-driven culture without success because it just "doesn't stick" the first time. In this keynote, Kelle O'Neal will discuss how you can break the mold by leveraging data literacy and change management to ensure your data capability avoids the pitfalls on the path to success. No matter where you are in your Data Governance and Data Management journey - just starting to walk along the path, ready to run, or taxiing for take-off - Kelle will provide examples that will help you defy the odds.
This keynote will:
- Cut through the jargon to define data literacy, data enablement, and change management
- Share success stories about organizations in different industries that have built strong data-informed cultures
- Clarify essential activities to ensure enablement and support the growth of a data-driven culture
