Data literacy is all the rage. But it is not easy to get from concept to practice.
First, “literacy” falls short. It is more than reading and communicating. Second, your entire organization is short on data acumen – everyone, including you. Third, leadership is made of smart people, and it is not easy to communicate that they need to acquire new skills.
